Shipping/Returns
We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please take into account weekends and holidays as you consider shipping times. All orders from Lunachick are insured. If applicable, you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: Lunachick offers FREE SHIPPING USPS 1st Class Mail on orders over $100 to the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and for all U.S. territories.. For orders less than $100 our standard delivery fee is $5.95.
Standard delivery orders ship from Lunachick via USPS first class mail. Standard deliveries typically arrive within 3-8 business days once your order has been processed and shipped. Please be advised that standard deliveries may take up to 10 business days, with the exception of holidays.
PRIORITY Mail Delivery: Orders shipped via Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 business days following processing.
All orders are insured. As soon as your order ships, you will receive any applicable tracking information.
Express Mail Delivery: Orders shipped via express shipping will arrive at their destination within 1-2 days. Express mail delivery orders are fully insured. Once the package ships, you will receive tracking information.Please note that express shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international orders.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping: We ship to most international destinations using best available carrier for that destination. Please note customer is responsible for any apllicable customs import charges such as duty and taxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from USPS. If you have not received an email within 3 to 5 business days of your order, please contact Lunachick using the link at the bottom of our page.
Note to customers: Lunachick is not responsible for items that are delivered when you are away from home, provided that there is valid proof of delivery.
All packages shipped from Lunachick are insured through USPS. If you need to make a claim about a missing or damaged package, you may need to fill out a claim via USPS.
Return/Exchange Policy
We understand when you’re shopping online for the latest fashion trends, you may change your mind or need to change sizes. As Lunachick is a small business, we do have a firm return policy, but we do try to make the process easy for you! Our return policy detailed here applies to online purchases only. Please review carefully.
Items being returned in-store will only receive store credit. No exceptions. Our brick & mortar stores are not authorized to offer refunds.
Sale items, hair accessories, bathing suits, and undergarments are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt of the order. No exceptions. All merchandise must have the original tags and be returned in original, unworn condition. Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and still salable. Merchandise that has been clearly worn, stained, or otherwise damaged will be rejected.
Refunds may take up to 21 days to go through following the date that Lunachick receives the return package.
Return Instructions:
1. Please review the above policies.
2. Print and enclose the Lunachick Return Authorization Form PDF.
3. Using the original package, carefully pack your item(s) and send them back within 14 days of receiving your order. Don't forget to include the Return Form!

All returns must include a completed return form.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds take approximately 21 days to process once Lunachick receives the returned merchandise. You will receive an email upon the completion of your refund or store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You cannot receive a refund on orders returned outside of the 14-day mark.
